Technical Design & Develpment
It's easy for a brand to get bogged down in the endless minutia of technical details. Let us be your on call technical design team. We can create factory ready specification packages and work with factories domestic or overseas to generate prototypes. Then work with you and your team to review, test and refine those samples until they are production ready. We are very knowledgeable about technical materials and can manage BOM, costing, lab-dips and sourcing.
Prototyping
At our core, we are users of outdoor gear, so we test prototypes until they fail and then revise them until they won't fail. We can work with overseas or domestic manufacturers on prototyping and samples. We can also do patternmaking and proof of concept prototypes in our small Bellingham sew shop as well as manufacture very small production or sales sample runs.
